VOX-MCNX-IS | VOX for Motorspors, Airsports, Icom Radios

The VOX-MCNX-IS is a effective but simple solution for Motorcycle Instructors to give hands free (VOX) capability when using newer Icom radios such as IC-F29, IC-F29SDR, IC-F1000, IC-F2000 and with our unique helmet kit.

This unit clips to your jacket and sits between the helmet kit and your radio. By adjusting the knob you can easily adjust the helmet Mic sensitivity according to your speed (wind speed). This makes the radio VOX much more usable over a wider range of speeds.

The unit will only function with radios which have an internal VOX (it does not add VOX functionality to radios which don't already have VOX.). Suitable radios are the F29SR and later.

The unit is fully weatherproof using a high quality Vishay variable resistor and soft flexible cables. It comes with a Wildtalk 2 year warranty against failure.

NOTE. Your radio will need programming to activate VOX. Wildtalk will do this for you at no charge.
