1. A 25L fermenter,  with graduation marking to 22L for you to use to brew your beer, wine, cider or spirit.
2. Fermenter lid with hole and grommet
3. Cleaner/steriliser essential when home brewing to keep all the equipment clean
4. Hydrometer to measure the density of your brew
5. A Trial Jar to use together with your hydrometer 
6. An airlock to keep the air out and indicates the progress of the fermentation.
7. A thermometer to keep a check on the temperature of your brew
8. A syphon to syphon your brew into a new container, e.g. barrel or bottles.

Most standard beer, wine and cider kits require a kilo of sugar in fermentation.

However, an increasing number of brewing kits provide more malt, reducing the need for extra sugar.
