Youngs Campden Tablets 50 pk (Sodium Metabisulphite) 
Use Campden tablets for sanitizing during wine, cider and beer making.

Youngs Campden Tablets kill bacteria and inhibit the growth of most wild yeast and bacteria without affecting the flavour.

Campden tablets allow the amateur brewer to measure small quantities of sodium metabisulphite easily.

Add one crushed Campden tablet to each one gallon of wine at the end of fermentation. 

This will prevent oxidation and bacterial contamination during the bottling and syphoning. 

Campden tablets made into a sterilising solution prevents bacterial infection when used during bottling or syphoning.

Campden Tablets provide long term stability to the brew.

HOW TO USE

1 Tablet per 5 litres (bottling protection)

2  Tablets per 5 litres (full sanitation)

Crush tablets, dissolve in a small amount of hot water and add to a brew after fermentation.
