Chardonnay is a traditional, French white wine. A Chardonnay has strong flavours of fruit mainly of star fruit, yellow apple and pineapple, with subtler tones of butter or chalk. It is a full-bodied, medium-dry white wine with moderate acidity.

Cellar 7 Chardonnay is an entry level all juice kit. No additional sugar is required during fermentation. It is our best value kit at this level.

This home-brew kit displays all the typical characteristics of a Chardonnay offering incredible value for money.

It can also be used as a base for country wines. It goes particularly well with white or light fruits like peach, also darker fruits to make a nice rose wine.
