Cellar 7 Italian Red is an entry level all juice kit. No additional sugar is required during fermentation. It is our best value kit at this level.

This home-brew kit displays all the typical characteristics of an Italian Red wine offering incredible value for money.

It can also be used as a base for country wines. It goes particularly well with darker fruits like Raspberries, Sloes or Elderberries.
