Although no-one knows for sure, we believe this is either a Soave or a Pinot Grigio. A mildly fruity, light bodied, dry white wine with high acidity. Typical characteristics include aromas of flowers & almonds, flavours of citrus fruit with an elegant light palate which is refreshing and smooth. Of course, we could be mistaken, so tell us what you think.

Cellar 7 Italian White is an entry level all juice kit. No additional sugar is required during fermentation. It is our best value kit at this level.

This home-brew kit displays all the typical characteristics of an Italian White offering incredible value for money.

It can also be used as a base for country wines. It goes particularly well with white or light fruits like Peach or Apricot, also darker fruits to make a nice rose wine.
