Sauvignon Blanc is originally from France, in the Loire Valley. Sauvignon Blanc is a very fruity wine, very light bodied and dry, with a high level of acidity. Typical flavours of a French Sauvignon Blanc are Lime. Other typical flavours are gooseberry, melon, grapefruit, peach and passion fruit.

Cellar 7 Sauvignon Blanc is an entry level all juice kit. No additional sugar is required during fermentation. It is our best value kit at this level.

This home-brew kit displays all the typical flavour characteristics of a Sauvignon Blanc, offering incredible value for money.

It can also be used as a base for country wines. It goes particularly well with white or light fruits like Apple or elderflower.
