Shiraz originates from France. It is a very fruity, full-bodied red wine, with high acidity and a moderate tannin character. It has strong flavours of Blueberry and plum, coupled with milk chocolate and green pepper. Altogether a very satisfying wine, with a pleasant spiced character.

This is an entry level all juice kit. No additional sugar is required during fermentation. It is our best value kit at this level.

This home-brew kit displays all the typical flavour characteristics of a Shiraz, offering incredible value for money.

It can also be used as a base for country wines. It goes particularly well with dark fruits, like cherries or Blackcurrant.
