Bulldog Brews High Alcohol Mead Making Yeast with nutrient and vitamins is a fast acting powerful mead yeast sufficient for one brew of up to 25L.
Simply add 6-9kg of honey to 20L/5G of water at 30C and one 28g sachet of mead yeast to ferment your brew in 5-7 days.
Fermentation usually complete in 1 week.
Fermenting temperature: 20-30C (68-80F).
Pitch directly onto must. Starter not required.
