Product Information

Coopers Real Ale - Home Brew Beer Kit

Coopers Real Ale demonstrates a solid head and a distinctive, full-bodied flavour.
Real Ale is a true ale in style and colour with a soft fruity character to enhance it.
Coopers Real Ale is somewhat lighter in colour than a traditional English Ale, likened to a blond style of an Ale.
Real Ale has a strong head and a brightly golden coloured body
Real Ale is an excellent example of a Coopers' Traditional Ale, known for its pleasant blend of fruit and malt with a generous mouthfeel and a moderately bitter finish.
Serve from either the barrel or bottle at cellar temp.
Coopers beers are produced from premium 2-row barley grown in South Australia (northwest of Adelaide ).
This area is recognised as some of the finest malting barley regions of the world. Cooper's Australian beers are simple to brew, producing great beer every time.
Beer Enhancer  or 1Kg of additional sugar required.

The Coopers range of kits are top quality, although they benefit from adding either beer enhancer or malt extract (dried or liquid) instead of sugar.
There are four different kinds of malts in the range, and Brew Mart recommend light malt for lagers, amber/medium malt for bitters, dark malt for stouts & porters and wheat malt for wheat beer.
Replacing brewing sugar for malt produces a far superior brew and is perfect for this kit style.
