Coopers Mexican Cerveza Beer Brewing Kit
Mexico has a reputation for its dusty conditions, arid lands and oppressive heat, which makes it not surprising that Mexicans are experts at quenching a thirst.
This Coopers Beer Kit contains 1.7 kg of malt extract and requires the addition of 1 kg of brewing sugar, producing up to 40 pints of beer.
We recommend swapping the brewing sugar for either liquid/dried malt extract or beer enhancer to experience a beer with greater depth.
Coopers range of premium quality Brewing Extracts makes it possible for you to produce a variety of beers from crisp refreshing Lagers through to hop-filled IPAs or hearty Stouts.
Each Brewing Extract is formulated to create true-to-character beers.
Specifically, developed brewing adjuncts enhance beer quality, increase opportunities for recipe formulation and complete your brewing experience.
Brew Mart recommends using the Coopers Carbonation Drops when bottling.
