• If you are following a recipe which states the use of fresh elderberries, you will only require half the amount of dry elderberries
• Dried elderberries are available all year round.
• Use in place of fresh elderberries for Wine, beer, cider & mead.
• Place the dried elderberries in a muslin bag or cheesecloth for easier removal.
