Festival Pilgrims Hope is a rich brown, mahogany coloured ale with a tan coloured head. Intense aromas of passion fruit with more subtle notes of pine sap. The hops provide complex flavours of tropical fruit and pine needles. Full-bodied malt flavour with perfect hop bitterness.

Pressure Barrel or Pet Bottles, two packs enough for 5 gallons of beer - To Store and condition the beer ready for drinking
Syphon Equipment - To aid in moving the beer from the fermenter to the barrel or bottles
Hydrometer - Used To Measure the gravity of the beer when it starts and finishes
LCD Thermometer - Sticks on the fermenting bin to help you get the right brewing temperature 16oC - 24oC is best for beer
Steriliser: Not equipment, but keeping all equipment clean and sterilised when used is essential.
Water: Beer is made from 95% water. Tap water will be fine; filtering is better to remove the chlorine will help give you the best result.
