Still Spirits Kentucky Bourbon chips made from genuine American bourbon oak barrels that have contained actual Bourbon for an average of 4-8 years.

Recommended Usage: 50 grams to 2 litres of spirit for 10 days.

• Kentucky bourbon chips are produced from genuine American Bourbon barrels 
• The barrels must have contained actual Bourbon for a minimum of one year. 
• Using chips from Bourbon barrels means the flavour will be implanted into your spirits.
• Brew Mart recommends adding half a packet to two litres of spirit and leaving it to infuse for ten days.
• You can then try experimenting to get something just to your taste. 
• Vary the amounts of chips you leave in the alcohol, creating different flavours.
•  You can also add these chips to any of the Still Spirits Top Shelf or Classic Bourbons
•  Adding more chips will add more depth of flavour. 
• You can use the chips for as long as they add flavour to the spirit.
