Still Spirits Copper Saddles T500

The Still Spirits T500 copper saddles are essential for high alcohol washes, usually higher than 16% ABV.

Copper is needed as a catalyst to remove sulphur odours while distilling.

To wash the T500 Copper Saddles:

Remove both the copper and ceramic sadles from the column and soak them in vinegar, keeping them separate for ease of reassembly.
Once finished, please give them a thorough rinse at least 3 times prior returning them back in to the condenser.
You only have to rinse your column and saddles every 5-10 distillations.
