Ritchies Potassium Sorbate 25g

Use Potassium sorbate to inhibit moulds and yeasts in many foods, such as cheese, wine, yoghurt, dried meats, apple cider, rehydrated fruits, soft drinks and fruit drinks, and baked goods.

A small teaspoon of Potassium Sorbate and one Campden Tablet should be added per gallon when the wine has finished fermentation.

Potassium sorbate will act as a stabiliser and preservative to prevent further fermentation.
