Calcium Sulphate Gypsum Powder 100g
An additive when brewing to compensate water deficiencies for beers (1oz per gallon) and to avoid possible infection when brewing
.Also an excellent aid in sherry fermentation.
Usage: 1oz (28.3g) per gallon.
Directions for Calcium Sulphate Gypsum:
Add to the first stage of fermentation and stir twice daily for 2-3 days.
