It prevents stuck fermentations and aids country winemaking as it contains all necessary nutrients required by yeasts

For dry wines 1-2 teaspoons per 4.5 litres (1 Gallon).
For sweet wines, 2-3 teaspoons per 4.5 litres (1 Gallon).
For high alcohol, wines use up to 5 teaspoons per 4.5 litres (1 Gallon).
