For 23L Recipe -Ways in which to alter your recipe. 

1. Replace 50% of the sugar with Spray malt  
Use 500g of Spraymalt with 500g of sugar. 
Dramatically enhance the overall quality, flavour and finish of your ale. 

2. Replace all the sugar content with Spraymalt. 
This will convert a standard beer kit into a prime quality beer! 

3. In Addition to Sugar. Add 500g of Spraymalt to 1kilo of sugar in your beer kit’s recipe. 
Doing this will Finish your brew approximately 20% stronger than the original recipe and increase body, flavour and feel of your ale.
