Cascade hops are the first of the American hop variety accepted for commercial use in 1972.
Developed in Oregon, Cascade hop leaf is the most popular used hop by craft brewers in America. It is a cross-breed of Fuggles and Serebrianker from Russia.
Good for flavour and has the aroma of a grapefruit citrus character.
Good for dry-hopping.
