East Kent Goldings hop leaf produced from wild Canterbury Whitebine in the latter half of the 1700s; East Kent Godling is the archetypical English hop.

Used in both kettle and dry hopping and is known for its subtle citrus, floral and herbal characteristics.

AROMA PROFILE: CITRUS, SPICY

Descriptors include delicate and smooth with floral, honey, lavender, spice, earth, lemon, orange, grapefruit and thyme overtones.
