Protafloc Tablets (10)
A mixture of seaweed concentrates and activity adjusters.
PROTAFLOC TABLETS give positive coagulation of unstable proteins enabling rapid settling of hot and cold breaks.
Semi-refined carrageenan in tablet form.
A fining assistant with similar properties to Irish Moss.
Floc tablets can be crushed into Protafloc granules for ease of use.
Add 1/4 tablet per 5 gallons of wort in the last 15 mins of the boil.
