Bulldog Universal Ale yeast B1 is perfect for brewing beer styles where you would like a fruity or hoppy flavour.
A very robust and all-round beer yeast.

Dosage: 1 sachet (10g) for 20-25L (5.3 - 6.6 US Gallons)

Fermenting temperature: 18-23°C (64-73°F). Ideally, 21°C (70°F).

Pitching: Sprinkle on top of wort.

Attenuation: 70-75%

Flocculation: Medium

Certifications: Kosher, EAC

Storage recommendation: Store cool.
