Bulldog European Ale Yeast B44


Bulldog B44 European Ale yeast is purfect for top-fermenting beers that ferment below 20°C (68°F), such as Altbier, Kölsch, but also Scottish Ales.
Alternatively, another good use of this yeast is for brewing Imperial Stout and Barley Wine.

Dosage: Use 1 sachet (10g) for 20-25L (5.3 - 6.6 US Gallons)

Fermenting temperature: 15-21°C (59-70°F). Ideally, 18°C (64°F).

Pitching: Sprinkle on top of wort.

Attenuation: 70-75%

Flocculation: High

Certifications: Kosher, EAC

Storage recommendation: Store cool.
