Belgian Wit yeast is a traditional yeast which is top-fermenting.

It has a right balance between warming spice phenolics and fruity esters.

The witbier yeast will leave some sweetness to the taste and will drop bright if allowed to mature.

Suitable for Grand Cru, Witbier, Spiced Ales and other speciality ales.

Attenuation: High

Flocculation: Low

How to use: Sprinkle directly on up to 23 L (6 US Gal) of wort.
For best results, ferment between 18-25 degrees C (64-77 degrees F).
