Pure Liquid Malt Extract Craft Series contains 1.2kg of light liquid malt extract which is ideal for adding mouthfeel and body to Mangrove Jacks beer brewing kits or other recipes or homebrew beer kits which require the addition of brewing sugar or beer enhancer. 

All the fermentable sugars in Pure Malt Extract is derived from malt extract, which ensures that your beer will mature with more flavour and body than it would if you used brewing sugar which will give fermentable sugar which increases the alcohol level but without the extra mouthfeel or body.

• Due to the liquid content in a liquid Malt Extract 1.2kg is equivalent to 1kg of dextose or spray-dried malt extract.
• 1.2kg pack of liquid malt extract is the correct size for adding to beer kits which specifies 1kg of dried malt enhancer.
• Combine the Liquid Malt Extract at the same time as your beer kit contents then add the water and stir very thoroughly.
• Check the temperature of the wort is in the region of 18- 22°C before pitching your chosen yeast.
