For use in Lager & Ales up to 20% of the grist.
It produces a darker, aromatic, sweet, flavourful wort.

Malt characteristics are low protein levels, high extract content, very light colour and high enzymatic activity.
Vienna malt deepens the brilliant and light colour of the beer and imparts an agreeable, full-bodied taste.
Selected malting barley is used to achieve the malt, and it is created according to a unique malting process.
This malt also has a high enzymatic potential.
Vienna malt acquired from high-quality two-row-spring barley, which grows in the best German and European barley regions.
