Rohapect/ Rohavin breaks down the fibre of the fruit. 
Used as a winemaking aid for maximum colour and flavour yield, colour stability and assistance to filtering.

Rohavin / Rohapect  is most effective when used together with pectolase.

Dosage:- 1/2 teaspoon of Rohavin / Rohapect to to 10lbs of fruit
