Isinglass for use with home brew beers and wines.

Isinglass obtained from the dried swim bladders of fish means it may be suitable for use by some vegetarians.
It is a type of collagen that is suitable for clearing wines and beers. 
Gives superb clarity for both beer and wine and reduces the harshness of red wines.

Stand bottle in warm water before use.
Use wine & beer finings around 10ml per gallon (4.5 litres) stir well and leave to clear in a cool place.
