Australian Chardonnay is the perfect rich, full-bodied white wine which has a creamy palate of tropical fruits.  

The flavours are pineapple, fresh green apple & subtle pear.

The oak in this winemaking kit adds complex characteristics of butterscotch & vanilla notes.

This Chardonnay wine kit has the body to complement dishes with creamy sauces, smoked fish or lobster with butter, white meats and creamy garlic dishes.

These wine kits include 16L of grape juice, the more grape juice there is in a winemaking kit reduces the amount of water required to ferment it.

The wine kits with more juice give a much better fuller flavoured wine.

Ageing of these wines is a must to appreciate the flavour.
