Youngs have packed into this ale two hops from New Zealand, Pacific Motueka and Jade, characterised by their heavily fruity, lemon zest, spicy lime, and black pepper characteristics. These work amazingly well with the unique saison yeast spicy and peppery character.

Dry hopping with these hops means the hop characteristic is fresh and bright, lending a great drinkability to this refreshing ale.

This New World beer kit pours a lovely gold with a fluffy white head, a fantastic aroma of spicy limes and a soft fruit character exploding from each glass.
