The wine Piesporter comes from the village of Piesport, which is in the Mosel wine region of Germany.
It is a white wine, which is light-bodied and ranges from dry to off-dry.
The grapes used to make this wine are mainly Reisling, Thurgau, Muller or Elbling.
Made from a mixture of dried fruit, berries and herbs, using a recently developed yeast and nutrient for super fast, yet well-balanced fermentation.
