Bulldog B34 German Lager yeast is a bottom-fermenting yeast.
Creates a crispy finish and a right balance between floral and fruitiness in your German-style Pils or other type of hoppy beer such as a Kellerbier.
Fermenting temperature: 9-14°C (48-57°F). Ideally, 12°C (54°F).
Dosage: use 1 sachet (10g) for 20-25L (5.3 - 6.6 US Gallons)
Pitching: Sprinkle on top of wort.
Attenuation: 75-80%
Flocculation: High
