B38 Amber Lager Yeast - Bulldog
Bulldog B38 Amber Lager yeast is a bottom-fermenting yeast which creates a more full-bodied lager and brings out the sweetness from the malt.
Perfect for Tmavé, Helles, Bock, Schwarzbier or Märzen brewing.
Fermenting temperature: 9-14°C (48-57°F). Ideally, 12°C (54°F).
Dosage: Use 1 sachet (10g) for 20-25L (5.3 - 6.6 US Gallons)
Pitching: Sprinkle on top of wort.
Attenuation: 70-75%
Flocculation: High
