Mini version of our rich and melting blood pudding with the sweetness of onions slight pepperiness, and a hint of anis.

Works well broken down and crumbled to give flavour to a dish, from scrambled eggs to bean stew.

12 bite sized pieces per pack. Minimum 200g. Average shelf life 6 weeks. Once opened will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
