Riddles Smooth Ginger Compound - 125ml for Cordial, Beer or Wine

Riddles Smooth Ginger Wine Compound/Essence makes a delicious, non-alcoholic cordial or mixer drink.

Can also be used to make ginger beer or wine.

Ingredients: Water, tartaric acid, caramel, citric acid, Polysorbate 40, ginger & capsicum flavourings.

To make a cordial, add up to 2 pounds of sugar in 5 pints of water.

When nearly cold add the Ginger Wine Compound, stir well, and the cordial is ready to drink.

If required for later consumption, fill into clean bottles, add a Campden tablet to each container and close tightly with sterilised corks or caps.
