Raspberry Gin Jelly

Our Raspberry Gin Jelly is unique to Raisthorpe Manor and made with the finest locally produced raspberries wherever possible. It has all the taste without the seeds.

The raspberries are steeped in Raisthorpe Dry Gin and sugar then made into our delicious Gin Jelly.
