Each of the Mangrove Jack's cider varieties has been formulated with only the best quality and freshhest fruit which is then pressed and concentrated using our state-of-the-art evaporators and then cold-filled into a pouch. All this effort ensures they preserve the fruit's natural flavour, giving you fresh, crisp and delicious cider on a glorious summer's day.
These cider kits are quick and easy to brew, the kit contains:
- Unique fruit juice concentrate.
- Full instructions.
- Yeast in a two-compartment pouch which will brew 23 litres of cider.
Complete instructions can be found inside the pouch. Add the concentrate and brewing sugar to a sanitised fermentation vessel and water and yeast. Then leave to ferment until FG is achieved, bottle and condition for three weeks.
1 kg of brewing sugar (dextose) needs to be purchased in addition to fermentation
