Still Spirit Top Shelf Schnapps Base gives the ideal finished viscosity and sweet taste to Schnapps.

Adding the Schnapps Base to a schnapps flavouring/essence of your choice will make your Schnapps comparable with the exact commercial equivalents. 

1. Pour the alcohol as indicated on the flavouring essence of your choice into a good-sized mixing bowl.
2. Into the alcohol, slowly add the contents of the Schnapps Base whilst stirring continuously with a whisk.
3. Add the flavouring/essence and top up to 1.125L (40oz) with water.
4. The thickeners will give your liqueur just the correct viscosity to look great in your glass and provides an excellent mouthfeel.
5. Chill your Schnapps before serving
