As the name suggests, we have created a premium tonic containing natural extracts of Quassia and Sicilian lemon to satisfy any premium gin drinker. This is a versatile mixer that can be paired with any premium gin or vodka or served simply with ice and a slice. Vegan certified.

Recommended serving suggestions: Serve with Raisthorpe’s Rhubarb Gin to accentuate the sharp and sweet hit from the rhubarb with the refreshing bubbles of the tonic. Equally as good with Raisthorpe’s Oak Aged Gin to please the palate of a traditional dry gin appreciator.

Judges comments: Clear, clean fresh looking liquid with a light sparkle. There is a slight lemon note on the nose. On the palate the drink delivers lemon, a gentle sweetness and the crispness of the quassia. We could see this as a mixer but really enjoyed it by itself.
