Burton Water Crystals

Burton Water Crystals are a blend of calcium sulphate and magnesium sulphateadded.
When added to the mashing liquor they harden the water making it like the water found in Burton Upon Trent.
Burton Upon Trent is an area well known for its abundant sulphate water which enhances the flavour of hops.
Using Burton water Crystals as per the instructions when brewing pale ales will give your beer a crisp bitter taste.
