Grapefruits are incredibly good for you as they are high in nutrients but very low in calories (one of the lowest calorie fruits). The red colour of the flesh adds colour to lots of dishes.

How to Cook/Use:
Great as a snack, or dessert. Also try with avocado and kale in a salad!
