How to Cook/Use:
Mushrooms are a great addition to soups, risotto, pasta sauces, stews and quiches, and can be stir-fried, grilled or pan-fried ? they?re especially delicious sliced and saut?ed in butter with a little chopped Garlic and Parsley.
