Course Detail

This accredited 2 day IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) training course is generally for those using a MEWP (Mobile Elevated Working Platform) on a regular basis. The working at height regulations state that all persons working and planning work at height activities need to be trained and gain levels of basic training working towards competency.

The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) strongly recommends a full body harness with an adjustable lanyard (used to provide work restraint and adjusted to be as short as possible) is used when working from a boom type MEWP. Training is absolutely vital as the repercussions of poorly fitted harnesses or incorrect product selection can be fatal.

You will recieve;

• 1 Approved code of practice
• 1 Log book
• 1 ID card & certificate (5 year renewal)
