Chardonnay has strong flavours of fruit mainly of star fruit, yellow apple and pineapple, with subtler tones of butter or chalk.

It is a full-bodied, medium-dry white wine with moderate acidity.

Due to the full range of styles, Chardonnay has the potential to be paired with a diverse spectrum of food types. It is most commonly associated with roast chicken and other white meats such as turkey
