Emeri Sparkling Pink Moscato

Pale translucent pink in colour with a bouquet of Fresh fruit aromas with strawberry and musk. On the palate Emeri is light bodied medium sweet in taste with a velvety and full persistent bead and fresh finish.

Winemaking
De Bortoli select fruit from vines with generous canopies allowing natural fruit ripening. The fruit is picked and gently pressed and the juice allowed to settle naturally before being filtered. The wine is cold fermented to retain fresh fruit characters.
