• Only use 1 oz Star San per five gallons of water and just 1 to 2 minutes of contact time.

• Reusable: a solution of Star San will stay effective for a period of three to four weeks if kept in a sealed container; it is effective as long as the pH is three or lower.
•  Do not mix Star San with chlorinated cleaners as chlorine gas will result.
