This cable connects Peltor FLX2 headsets which also have a built in PTT (-111 models) to Caltta PH600 and similar.

FLEX headsets were originally using a 5 pin connector. The newer FLX2 headsets are fitted with 6pin connectors.  This is a 6 pin FLX2 compatible product.
