Delivery

Our range of Access walk-in baths are delivered with a 2 man white-glove service. The delivery date will be scheduled with you in advance and will be carried out on a timed service. To give you extra peace of mind, we will move your bath into a room of your choice, unpacked, and fully inspect ready for installation.

Installation

Installation of a walk-in bath is a simple process and can be completed by any competent plumber, please see thie handy video guide for further information. An installation guide can also be downloaded from the downloads tab above.

VAT Exemption

Our range of walk-in baths are advertised excluding vat. If you are making the purchase for yourself or a family member, you may qualify to buy the bath at this price. To check your eligibility for a 0% vat rate please see our vat exemption information page.

Once you have purchased your bath, please complete our self assessment vat exemption form. The form is easy to complete and can be sent immediately back to us by clicking on the submit button at the bottom of the page.

If you are a business customer or do not qualify, you will need to pay vat.
