NO registration marks are required.
Supply PDF as ACTUAL SIZE only. (even if you have Bleed to the edge)

Printing:

Printed Full Colour digitally via Over-printing.
Supply as actual size, press-ready PDF only, at actual size of 229mm x 162mm (no reg. marks reqd).
Best to keep 5mm clear zone all around, otherwise you can choose the "Bleed to Edge" option below at additional cost.

PEEL & SEAL – 120gsm P&S White – standard product

Flap depth on reverse is 32mm deep.
Peel & Seal Flaps are Top, Long-Edge Wallet.
Flaps are DOWN by default.
C5 Window variant has Window Dimensions of 90mm x 45mm deep, positioned 56mm from Top Edge; 18mm from Left Edge and 61mm from Base Edge.

SELF-SEAL – 100gsm S/S White Wallet – optional

Flap depth on reverse is 28mm deep.
Self-Seal Flaps are Top, Long-Edge Wallet.
Flaps are DOWN by default.
C5 Window Self-Seal variant has Window Dimensions of 90mm x 45mm deep, positioned 20mm from Left Edge and 57mm from Top Edge.

MACHINABLE – C5+ 90gsm Gummed Mailing Machinable White Wallet – optional

Trapizoidal flap depth on reverse of C5+ Plain Machinable is 30mm deep.
Trapizoidal flap depth on reverse of C5+ Window Machinable is 45mm deep.
Gummed Flaps are Top, Long-Edge Wallet.
Flaps are DOWN by default.
C5+ Window Gummed variant has Window Dimensions of 100mm x 45mm deep, positioned 57mm from Top Edge; 18mm from Left Edge and 60mm from Base Edge.
4mm Clear Zone (minimum) to be left around Window area!

ARTWORK NOTES:

No registration marks are required. Supply as ACTUAL SIZE only (even if you have Bleed to the edge)
Set all artwork to CMYK (no Grayscale or RGB allowed as colour shifts will occur) for best results. Any existing spot colour Pantone ink references should be converted completely to CMYK only.
If picking any of the C5 Window variants, you must leave 4mm Clear Zone around Window area!
Convert all Fonts to paths/outlines before making PDF.
Avoid text less than 5pt. Avoid Serif fonts under 6pt.
Printing cannot occur on any of the edges or creases, as the envelope is Over-printed only (and not flat-sheet).

Size:

C5 (229mm wide x 162mm high)
Save your PDF as actual size (NO crop or reg. marks!) at canvas size of 229 x 162 only.

Flap depth on reverse is 33mm deep on 120gsm Peel & Seal
Flap depth on reverse is 28mm deep on 100gsm Self-Seal
All flaps are DOWN by default

Keep all text and important images 5mm away from canvas edges.

OPTIONAL Bleed to Edges:

You can bleed up to canvas edges if reqd although remember about 30% ink coverage overall.

Supply the PDF as straight 229 x 162 with NO crops / Reg. marks

Special Note:

Ink will run if it gets wet! These are not intended to be used in continuous outdoor environment. Given the nature of envelopes, the paper and content should remain dry. Please manage your customers' expectations in lieu.

Ink Coverage:

Standard 30% INK COVERAGE:

Usually that means a Busn Reply + Small logo block + text, or partial tint with lighter colours over part of the canvas.
Majority of the canvas is left blank White.

OPTIONAL 60% HEAVY INK Coverage:

Upgrade from Standard allowing for partial photo + logo block, but leaving 40% White area free.
